Job Overview
The Spa Therapist administers professional massage, body treatments and beauty treatments to our guests. They must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities, posses a general understanding of body treatments and beauty treatments and be willing to train in our spa’s specific massage and body treatment offerings. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests. Minimum Requirements
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent required.
- Must have a massage qualification and Anatomy and Physiology Certificate from ITEC or CIBTAC or CIDESCO or City and Guilds.
- Qualified in Deep tissue, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, and Indian head massage
- Have at least 2 years experience in similar role
- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer knowledge.
- Possess and maintain all required licensure, registration and education requirements as dictated by the state or country of employment.
- Possess a good command of the English language.
- Ability to communicate with guests and team members clearly and pleasantly in person and over the phone.
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to handle money in a responsible manner.
- Must be a team player.
Job Types: Full-time & Part time positions available, Permanent contract
Must be available to work up to 5 shifts per week Monday to Sunday.
