Located in the magnificent surrounds of Donegal, on the Wild Atlantic Way, CARA Organic Spa is set in the grounds of Lough Eske Castle, nestled by the shore of Lough Eske, with the Blue Stack Mountains providing a majestic backdrop to the superb natural setting.
The pool and Spa building sits within the footprint of the original Victorian Glass House at Lough Eske Castle. An aqua green and gold mosaic colour theme flows through the pool and Spa areas, which offer seven treatment rooms, including two rooms for couples’ treatments, with jet bath and steam room; a fully equipped Thermal Suite, consisting of an ice fountain, sauna, steam room, samarium (also called a bio sauna); rainforest showers, heated bench and infinity pool.
In addition to relaxing by the swimming pool and using the hydrotherapy pool, a range of spa and beauty treatments are available, using ESPA & GROUND Wellbeing products, and private open air hot tubs. Treatments and open air hot tubs should be booked in advance with Spa Reception.
