Join us on Thursday 5 November for an evening of fine dining and Rioja wines at Lough Eske Castle, as we welcome Bodegas Luis Cañas to our award-winning Cedars Restaurant.
The evening will be hosted by Miguel Ángel Rubio, Export Manager for Bodegas Luis Cañas, who will guide guests through a carefully selected collection of wines, sharing the stories of the vineyards, winemaking and family heritage behind every glass.
Producing wine in Rioja since 1928, the Cañas family now works over 270 hectares of vineyards in Rioja Alavesa, with a strong focus on caring for the land for future generations.
Guests will enjoy a specially designed menu from the Lough Eske Castle culinary team, showcasing the flavours of Donegal alongside the character of Rioja, with each course thoughtfully paired with a Luis Cañas wine. Throughout the evening, Miguel will introduce each wine and offer insight into the estate’s traditions and approach to winemaking.
