Position SummaryReporting to the Cluster Revenue Manager, your main role will be the day-to-day management of the reservations team ensuring a seamless and efficient booking process.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle guest reservations via telephone, email and online to ensure that these are processed to the highest standard.
- Promote and sell hotel services and products.
- Maintain guest information in line with company policies.
- Support and training of the reservations team
- Deliver on plans and objectives enabling reservations and hotel targets to be achieved.
Qualifications
- Previous reservations experience
- Knowledge of property management systems, Hotsoft would be an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs including Outlook and Excel
- Possess a good command of the English language and the ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate with guests
