The Garden Suites at Lough Eske Castle Hotel are located in the castle gardens and are accessed directly. Named for their location and views, the Garden Suites are perfect for guests who like to feel closer to nature and enjoy views of the surrounding landscape. 

The Garden Suites were initially created in 2007 during the restoration of the castle and retain some of  the original castle walls. Flooded with natural light during the day, each suite provides approximately 950 sq ft (88 sq m) of accommodation, where history and tradition have combined to shape and inform the décor, without compromising modern luxury standards of guest comfort and convenience.

Stone-tiled floors are strewn with thick, soft rugs, and a palette of earth tones has been used throughout that instinctively and easily create a connection to both the gardens and wider setting. Elegant pieces of custom oak furniture, including a king size four-poster bed leaves guests in no doubt that they are staying in a castle (some suites are available with twin beds). The generous space includes a built-in wardrobe and living area, the modern bathrooms feature marble tiling, twin wash basins and vanity, bath tub and separate rainforest shower, soft towels and luxurious robes and guest slippers. 

 

Located close to the Lough Eske Castle Spa and with direct outdoor access, the Garden Suites are perfect for a romantic stay in County Donegal, Ireland or for time-out from a busy world. Some of our larger Garden Suites boast a grand oak dining table and chairs, seating up to six comfortably, and are ideal for private dining.  These are subject to availability and should be confirmed at the time of booking through reservations.
