The Donegal Suites are the newest addition to Lough Eske Castle. Large luxurious suites, fully air-conditioned, measuring 68 sqm, perfect for multigenerational stays for up to two adults and two children or for a couple’s getaway. Choose from an open plan layout or suites featuring a separate living and bedroom space. As the name indicates, the ‘Donegal’ Suites benefit from unique touches from the local area, including a handmade Magee Tweed wall, made only 15 minutes from Lough Eske Castle. Other design elements include Owen O’Reilly’s photography of the local area including Lough Eske, artwork featuring scenery from around the county along with bespoke pottery and glassware created by local craftsmanship. Coffee table books and literature featuring Donegal’s history, natural surroundings, and culture. Guests are welcome to enjoy local food & beverage amenities such as chocolate from the ‘Donegal Chocolate man’ and local whiskeys and gins. 

A king-size four-poster bed dominates the bedroom area, and in addition to this, there is a traditional bed seat and dressing table. The living room features bespoke oak furniture along with traditional easy chairs and sofa, inviting you to relax in front of the fireplace. The suites are decorated in soft earthy colour tones that gently blend with ambient lighting to give a truly opulent touch. Wi-Fi access is standard as well as two 50-inch flat screen smart TVs and refreshment station, including minibar. Bathrooms feature marble tiling, twin wash basins, free standing roll top bath and separate rainforest shower, soft towels and luxurious robes and slippers.
